In rare cases, the license key field is blank in the e-mail that you receive after purchase.

If that happens, please visit our parent website, www.infinite-tools.com/account, and use the same e-mail you purchased the panels with, and your license key will be there as well.

You can find your download and license key in three places: 

1. E-mail:
It is located in the e-mail you received from us after purchasing, which includes your download and license key.

It is from infinitecolorpanel@gmail.com and the subject will be “Order #____ confirmed”

2. User Account:
If you purchased from this site:

A. First, you must login to your user account here on Infinite Color Panel.

B Only after you are logged in, visit this link: https://infinitecolorpanel.com/pages/downloads.

C. If after visiting the link you only see "Orders", simply re-visit the link. You will see your download and license key.

3. Sister Site:
If for some reason that did not work, visit our sister site https://infinite-tools.com/account .

Login to your account using your e-mail that you purchased the plugin. You will see the download and license key. Our master database definitely has your information.

Infinite Color is available only for Photoshop. 

There is no trial version available.

Infinite Color has a personal license for up to three computers. 

It’s not possible to share your account with others.

You will need an active connection to use the plugin.

In specific, you need a stable internet connection in order to activate this plugin each time Photoshop starts.

You will need an internet connection to save any settings or save your color grades, etc.

The Plugins are tested and work on both operating systems.

Anything above Photoshop 2021 and later for Creative Cloud.

The license covers up to 3 personal computers.

If you need more, please contact us for upgrade options.

It’s not possible to share your account with others on other Creative Cloud accounts.

Please send both email addresses as well as the license keys to support@infinite-tools.com, we will merge your accounts. Let us know which email address you want to keep in the future in the e-mail you send to us.
